AJCAA Tutoring Programme 2007
Duration: 22 September 2007 — 3 November 2007
Since its inception in 2001, the AJC Alumni Association has always been looking into ways to maintain close association with the college and provide support by pecuniary or other means, which may be needed for the college’s development and well being. As the "A" Level examinations draw near, we hope to work with our alma mater and look into ways to provide support to the current batch of graduating students.
For the second consecutive year, AJCAA has organised a tutoring programme for the A-Level students of AJC, in order to support the current batch of graduating students in their studies.
In 2007, the tutoring programme consisted of 6 sessions, benefitting 30 of the weaker students in the graduating batch from 22 September to 3 November. Moreover, 11 of our alumnus have volunteered their time and commitment in serving as the tutors. The tutors tutored a range of subjects: General Paper, Economics, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
AJCAA would like to thank all our volunteering tutors who have made the effort to step forward to help their juniors with their studies. Without their help, this programme will not be made possible. We thank you for your commitment and concern for our juniors, and we look forward to serving you in the year ahead.
